Hi Room 9 and 9a students and families,
As you complete activities from your Distance Learning make sure you send a picture or video to us. We will be able to share it on this slideshow for you all to see what each other have been up to.
You can send your classmates some positive messages in the comment section below the slideshow with some help from your parents.
Have a look at what Harry, Lilly, Kyan, Caleb and Fred have been doing...
Wow Room 9 and 9a. You are doing lots of awsome learning at home. It was so kind of you Harry to help in the garden, great job! That is very creative of you Lilly to make your own T.V, awesome work! What is your favourite waiata Kyan? Well done for exploring Te Reo! Fantastic gecko mask you have made Caleb! What a cool milk bottle boat you have made Fred! Wonderful job!
ReplyDeleteA Future news reporter Lily? What a neat idea, did you enjoy it? We are also very interested in the daily covid 19 report, it has become part of our day in our house. Harry you are so kind and thoughtful helping in the garden after the rain and wind, there has certainly been some wild weather over the weekend. Well done for using your GEMS. I have seen so many creative masks, I do love your Gecko Caleb, I wonder if this is one of your favourite animals? Kyan and Fred I love your Te Reo learning, Ka pai. Your songs and pictures all help you learn these new things. What fabulous fun learning!
ReplyDeleteWe have so many creative and imaginative children in Room 9 and 9a! I love see all the amazing things you are doing, you make Mrs Burge and myself smile :)
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work! From Miss Robertson
Lots of creative ideas from Room 9/9a today. Fred has made a lot of different vehicles from recycled materials and Caleb, Kyan and Lilly have made wonderful animal masks. Using your cat mask so that you could have two Covid- 19 news presenters was a clever idea Lilly! What wonderful Te Reo learning from Kyan and Fred - maybe you could take a look at Mrs Hardings blog for some more ideas to try. There's lots of sweeping to do in the garden at this time of year, so it's wonderful to see Harry using his GEMS to help out at home. Growing new vegetables from old ones is a cost saving trick this Yorkshire lass is keen to try too!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Harry for using your Empathy GEM practising kindness by cleaning up the garden. The recent storm certainly did make a big mess everywhere. I love your colourful masks Caleb and Kyan. They are very creative, just like Fred's rainbow. Keep up with the Te Reo everyone.
ReplyDeleteWow Lilly!!! Look out TVNZ here is your next News presenter in the making. Very cute and I think mummy could get a job producing.
Kai pai Mrs Smaill
Harry, tidying up the garden is a BIG job! Well done, you are a great helper!
ReplyDeleteLilly, did your that Breakfast TV show in the mornings have different people reading out the weather reports? I think you were the best I’ve seen.
Kyan, if you could go up into space, what planets would you visit and why?
Caleb, these masks are fantastic! I think you must have had a great time making them.
Fred, your writing is very neat and tidy.
Wow, another day of busy learning in Room 9 and 9A. I can see some wonderful masks and things made out of recycled materials. Well done to everyone who is helping out with jobs at home too. Keep up the super learning. You rock!
