Lockdown fun in Olivia A's house

 Olivia has been doing tricky puzzles! Check out her 2 photos with the Olaf puzzle, if you look from different angles he has moved! Lucky Olivia has a great eye for puzzles.

She also baked a carrot cake and wrote out the instructions.

Olivia has also been doing dance lessons via zoom which is also great for some P.E! 

Mavis' Lockdown activities

 Mavis has had a wonderful week at home. She did lots of exercises, cooking, projects and learning. 

Mavis and her family said Thank you for the Distance Learning Slide Deck. They had fun following the recommended learning tasks.

Fred's adventures during Lockdown

 Fred has been busy at home with Reading, Writing and spelling practice. 

Fred's Dad, Tom enjoys Maths so he has made some worksheets for Fred to do every day. 

We have been enjoying the link to online Reading too. 

One day for morning tea we also made an easy bubble slice using Sunny Honey, Yum!

Lockdown Fun in Olivia's house

Olivia's Dad is a great baker and has been teaching Olivia how to bake. This week they made a delicious chocolate cake and decorated it with lots of treats. It was very tasty!

Olivia did a taste test with her Dad, where she tried different foods blind folded and had to guess what they were. She had a piece of carrot, cheese, maple syrup and a skittle. The maple syrup was her favourite. 

Olivia also drew a picture and wrote about What am I?

I am fluffy, I meow. I am a cat called Mia. 

Olivia also drew a picture of Sunnyhills School which she misses very much. 

The last pictures are of the avocado seeds that Olivia planted during the first Lockdown! As you can see they have started to sprout. We think we will plant some more avocado seeds this Lockdown too!

You have been very busy Olivia but you look like you've had lots of fun too. 

Mavis has been working on lots of projects with her family

 Look what Mavis has been doing over the last few days.  

She did some Maths, Alphabet and Writing.

Mavis was very curious about the cup of water changing from a liquid to a solid and back to a liquid again by placing it in the freezer for half an hour. 

She did lots of cooking/baking and science.

What a good chef you are, Mavis!

Mrs Burge would like the recipe for this mushroom dish - it looks delicious! Maybe you could send her it so she can make it with her family!

 Mavis and her family have filled their days with lots of projects and plans.
