Welcome to Room 9 and 9a's blog for 2020. We are an energetic Year 0 and 1 class and our teachers are Mrs Burge, Miss Robertson and Mrs Harding. We are looking forward to working together and learning lots of exciting and new things this year! Check our blog regularly to see what we have been up to. We would love to read your comments.
Kia ora Mrs Burge and your whanau at home, Yes, it was very stormy weather yesterday. Looking at the forecast today, I'm sad to say there isn't much improvement.Though the sun was shining first thing this morning. Great idea to revise our Te Reo learning. There are lots of ways that we can use the Maori language everyday. Have a fun day. Mrs Smaill x
Good morning Mrs Burge! I am at school today in the school bubble. Luca, Yasmin and I are about to attempt making daffodils for Daffodil Day.... watch this space! Hope you have a great day! Miss Robertson
Good morning Mrs Burge. I'm glad you managed to not get wet yesterday as you helped your girls to deliver their papers around the neighbourhood! It was a very windy and wild day. From Miss White
Good Morning Mrs Burge. Yes - it definitely was a day for staying indoors yesterday but we do need the rain. My garden was certainly happy to have a drink. What a great idea to practise counting in te reo Maori. Maori Language Week is coming up soon so we can do lots more practise with our te reo then as well. Hopefully we will all be together at school by then. Have a great day everyone.
Kia ora Mrs Burge and your whanau at home,
